Bayside Personnel has best practice OHS systems in place and proactively manages workplace safety in partnership with our clients and candidates.

Our OHS team forms an integral part of our recruitment service, working with employers to minimise workplace risk and conducting regular site assessments.  This includes conducting an initial job analysis (to check working requirements), a physical site check, a desktop audit and assessment of results.

Bayside Personnel's on-hired employees have relevant insurance coverage and undertake an induction in line with our OHS policies and procedures, as well as the employers. 

OHS Induction

To further minimise risk, on-hired employees are required to:

  • Complete online OHS/EEO induction and specific site induction
  • Follow all safety instructions given by any company representative whilst on the premises
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Report any known or observed hazards to their supervisor, manager or Bayside contact
  • Promote a safe working culture within the workplace at all times.
  • Attend Tool Box meetings in conjunction with client safety committees (where applicable).
  • Information, instruction and training are provided to all Bayside Personnel on-hired workers prior to commencing work.
